Elisa Juncosa Umaran’s work deals with the mundane and how we can actively interrupt everyday life experiences. Her recent work has investigated how to represent these concepts and make the viewer a participant of the process. Whether it takes form of film, photography, game designs, illustration or interactive sculpture, Elisa’s practice provides impossible, yet probable, scenarios for the viewer to challenge their understanding of reality.
Elisa was born in Mallorca, Spain, and lives and works in England. She graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Falmouth University in 2012.
